I have wanted to try this place for a long time and I am glad I finally made it! I started off with some bubbly that complimented the cheese fondue so well. The cheese was delicious and paired well with the bread, sausage and pears. I had the steak salad and everything was well seasoned and the steak cooked well. The service was great and the staff attentive and helpful. The place got progressively more busy as the night went on but the noise level was not bothersome. Cannot wait to come back!

Stopped in for a quick lunch - & glad I found this gem. I ordered a "standard" go-to, fresh greens salad with steak . . . Boy, was I amazed at the quality of the food! Definitely, one of the best cuts of steak I've ever been served on a salad. Tender, perfectly prepared, with great flavor from marinade that complimented the flavor of the meat without overwhelming. Figs & candied almonds also were subtle additions that made the salad enjoyable. Server was upbeat and attentive - went the extra mile without being intrusive. I will definitely return to try another entree for dinner.

Best meal I've had yet, in Phx. The scallops were perfectly medium-rare, with a browned fond that was crisp and delicate. Beautifully paired with fresh corn grits, lardons, and some kind of cola reduction--really fantastic. We were a party of five, and all enjoyed their dishes. Great service, a light and airy space with lots of green, plant-filled views (a rarity in Phoenix, where everything tends to brown). Can't wait to go back. Thanks for a really nice meal.

Wow wow wow -- this restaurant, ambience and service are truly delightful. My server, Fabian (sp?), was just wonderful -- friendly, and really helped me navigate my gluten free options. I began with "That One Drink," a concoction of vodka; orange marmalade reduction and Elderflower. Delicious! My starter was the roasted Brussels on a bed of incredibly creamy sweet corn polenta, finished with Pecorino and truffle oil. Honest to God, I could have licked the plate clean of that polenta! For my entree, I chose the Original Chopped Salad, eliminating the couscous and having steak, rather than salmon. Also wonderful! The homemade buttermilk dressing beautifully sets off all the flavors of the salad. The interior is industrial and inviting, and there are lovely outdoor seating areas, as well as nice architectural landscaping. The Gladly has been around for about 10 years, and it's no wonder. If you haven't been, get yourself to The Gladly. (And shout out to Vicente, who gave me all kinds of background on the restaurant, and Phoenix)
